SEDAC offers energy code training through in-person workshops for community code officials, construction professionals and trades, and design professionals such as architects and engineers in Illinois. Participants receive training about residential and commercial building energy codes, exchange information, and identify critical issues that affect code compliance.
Participants can receive continuing education credit from the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and the International Code Council (ICC) for completing our courses. SEDAC is an ICC Preferred Education Provider.
